HOW TO BOOK A BOAT?

Depending on your experience, we offer you different types of charters. Experienced sailors will take a boat without a skipper and crew (provided you have a valid license), while those less experienced will choose bareboat charter.

The booking of the boat for your vacation can be closed in just a few short steps.

 

Selecting the prefered boat - Browse CharterCroatia.net boat offer by using our search(or advanced search) tool and choose the boats, marina and date that match your preferences. Your confirmation - After receiving your confirmation we will put option on boat you chose. The option means that this boat will be kept for you and blocked for booking for any other inquiry. The option gives you enough time to make your final decision regarding the booking or to arrange some other travelling details like flights, ferry tickets. Please note that the option can be kept for maximum of 7 days and that it cannot be held on the boats that are on last minute offer.
In last step we will send you the Charter Agreement (contract). The charter agreement should be signed and returned to us together with the proof of down payment within the dates indicated on the contract. The balance payment shuld be done the latest 30 days prior to embarkation. For bookings that are done within 30 days of departure the full payment should be settled. When the charter payment is completely done you will receive the boarding pass with all necessary embarkation details.

 

Cancelling the booking

Cancellations must be made in writing, by the signatory who booked the holiday, together with the return of any travel documents.
If the cancellation is made more then 30 days before the departure date, the Company reserves the right to keep 50% of the total amount, and if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the departure date, the Company reserves the right to make no refund.
